Yep.. I only had like 17% of the votes and so I was second of the music category. But the video who was first was also number one of the Gran Prize voting category. So it was lifted from the music category, wich made me first prize !
People did not liked much this video, as I was pretty sure they would, it was something like last in the Gran Prize chart. But anyway, Hey :

My own personal Guru came first if the comedy category with my favorite movie of the whole contest.
Malus and Dopefish made a jewel a magical video, something that is closer to a painting than to a video, you definitely got to watch that several times. They won the first prize of the drama category wich is so deserved.

There was a time I would not be sleeping before the multi uploads are done and I can finally get some feedbacks. But I'm too tired, it was a hard day for most of the french today, I spent 4 hours in traffic jams. And tomorrow will be the same.

Well that's what Voltaire used to say when he was on the beach, enjoying his vacation with many hores from all around the globe, while smoking a phat blunt. Yep the guy invented the word machinima in 1760 at 4.20 pm, he was certain that one day this would mean something. Genius.
I finally edited the last scene of what was supposed to be fast editing job, done in a couple of nights. In fact it was a bit longer and I'm quite happy with what came out of this parody.
And it's not over yet, still got to make it sound good.

What a nice surprise to see that all my videos uploaded on Stage 6 were removed in a raw.
This is not the first time they decide that a video is having too much succes and delete it for bandwith reason. But this time it's all the videos of my account that are gone.
If I ever feel like uploading them again, I'll have to encode every single one of them once again. Encode them with a slighty different lenght so the site will not remember them. I already did it several times but now that they took out all of my works, I think I got better things to do.
Bye-bye Stage 6; just waiting now for an alternative HD streaming site, that allows embed videos and have author homepages.

I failed editing something for the Halloween contest, but seeing all thoses nice halloween machinimas made me wanna do something anyway.
A funny birthday party with the jet set of Azeroth.Gonna be the parody of a trailer, an horror movie that maybe you can already guess seeing those screenshots. As a lazy dude, I was thinking that this would be done very fast, since I did not had to find any ideas, just copy the trailer. But, once I started, I saw that it's not that easy.
Something is going wrong with this party...When I work on a personnal project, there's no rules, I can decide what's in the images so they're not too hard to compose. With this work, I have to find tricks do make it look like the real trailer, like drawing frame by frame a moving rope...
But I like what it looks like.
A zoo in Stormwind, not an easy place to find.I'll try to voice act everything, since finding voice actors is quite difficult and makes a video taking ages to be done. And as long as I'm doing funny parodic stuff, I think I can try to do it by myself. I'm still looking for a male voice over for this documentary about Nagrand.
Oh, and one of the big names came to the #machinima IRC with a surrealis Idea. This is an image of what I did, but as it is supposed to stay secret, I've choose something that is not representative at all of what is really happening ^^.
